Breakages
On the rare occasion that this may happen, upon receipt of order, you have THREE (3) days from the Australia Post tracking information, to contact me with photographs. ONLY 3 days.
After that you have TWO choices,
I can refund your purchase cost (minus postage).
OR
I will attempt recreate the piece you purchased for you, depending on resource (clay & glazes) availability, this can take from 4 to 6 weeks. Please be advised each piece is singularly and individually handcrafted by my hands, I do not use molds, therefore it is impossible to create the exact same piece, hence there will be some differentiations.
Refunds & Cancellations
Unfortunately, due to the limitations of this small business, no refunds or exchanges are given, currently unless the piece arrives broken, as above. Novice Ceramics does not accept exchanges or cancellations of any made to order pieces.
Deposit of made to order pieces is non refundable. This is because specific resources have been bought and time have been allocated for the creation of made to order pieces and the deposit covers this.
